Grandparents offered session on rights
WARREN -- Grandparents who are primary caregivers for their grandchildren may participate in a discussion at SCOPE Senior Center to explore legal rights.
The program, sponsored by Trumbull County Association of Life Underwriters, will be from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. April 21 at the center, 220 W. Market St. Topics to be addressed include legal, medical, educational, financial, emotional and recreation needs of caregivers.

Phone calls from consumers typically are answered within three minutes by a trained staffer with information on hundreds of federal agencies, programs and activities. The staff also will refer callers to state or local government agencies if appropriate.
