Grandparents offered session on rights
WARREN -- Grandparents who are primary caregivers for their grandchildren may participate in a discussion at SCOPE Senior Center to explore legal rights.
The program, sponsored by Trumbull County Association of Life Underwriters, will be from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. April 21 at the center, 220 W. Market St. Topics to be addressed include legal, medical, educational, financial, emotional and recreation needs of caregivers.
