RECALL Baby-wipe warmers



What: About 101,000 Safety 1st baby-wipe warmers.
Reason: Cracks in the interior basin of the electric warmers can allow moisture to contact electrical components, posing a shock hazard to consumers. There have been 17 reports of the interior basin of the wipe warmers cracking.
Description: Only model No. 26133, manufactured from December 1999 through January 2001, is being recalled. The six-digit manufacturing date code (year, month, day) is on the bottom of the unit. A yellow duck and the words "especially for baby" are written on the lower left corner of the unit. The warmer was sold with a diaper organizer that attaches to the bottom of the unit.
Sold from: December 1999 through March 2001 at Toys 'R' Us and Babies 'R' Us stores nationwide for about $20.
