RALPH CAMPBELL, 80



YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Church, Austintown, for Ralph Campbell, 80, of Albuquerque, N.M., formerly of Youngstown, who died of myelodysplasia March 23 in Albuquerque.
Mr. Campbell was born Feb. 18, 1921, in Youngstown, a son of James A. and Harriett Fleming Campbell. He moved to Albuquerque in 1949. He retired from Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque in 1981.
He was a 1939 graduate of East High School, was a World War II Marine veteran, and enjoyed golfing.
Besides his wife, the former Matilda Chiody, he leaves two sons, Jeffrey of Albuquerque and Gary of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sisters, Margaret Hacker of Pittsburgh, Harriett Yank of Bethesda, Md., and Kathleen Fitzpatrick of Youngstown; and seven grandchildren.
A sister, Winifred Harper, and a brother, James F., are deceased.
Arrangements were by French Mortuary, Albuquerque.
