Drug raids by the Youngstown Police Department's vice squad on Oak Lane, West Ravenwood and East

Drug raids by the Youngstown Police Department's vice squad on Oak Lane, West Ravenwood and East Indianola avenues Thursday evening resulted in these arrests and charges:
Kelvin Barlow, 33, of Republic Avenue, drug abuse-crack and trafficking in marijuana; $3,000 bond.
Russell C. Taylor, 20, of Katherine Avenue, drug abuse -cocaine and aggravated trafficking in marijuana; $3,500 bond.
Theodore Evans, 32, of Eastway Drive, drug abuse-cocaine and drug abuse-marijuana; $2,500 bond.
Dorothy J. Thompson, 44, of Ravenwood, permitting drug abuse; no bond required.
Anthony Bradley, 29, of Sherwood Avenue, drug abuse-cocaine; $2,500 bond.
Eric J. Wright, 28, of East Indianola, drug abuse-marijuana, drug abuse-cocaine and illegal possession of a weapon; $7,500 bond.
