CATHERINE I. GROSS, 70

HUBBARD -- Services were to be this morning at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home for Catherine I. Gross, 70, of 2697 Seifert-Lewis Road SE, who died Thursday morning in Forum Health Northside Medical Center after a long illness.
Mrs. Gross was born April 10, 1931, in Youngstown, a daughter of Mike and Catherine Baytos Susak. She was a lifelong area resident.
She worked as a waitress at 20th Century Restaurant and Chestnut Country Store and was part owner of Kay's Tavern before retiring in 1998.
Her husband, Howard C., whom she married Sept. 9, 1949, died Dec. 23, 1992.
She leaves two daughters, Kathleen Stachey of Clear Lake, Texas, and Heidi Kay of Girard; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
