MARY SCARMACK, 87

HERMITAGE, Pa. -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at McGonigle Funeral Home, Sharon, for Mary Scarmack, 87, of 796 Clarksville Road, who died Wednesday evening in Clepper Manor, Sharon.
Mrs. Scarmack was born Aug. 12, 1913, in Austria, a daughter of Martin and Regina Roth Wenrich, and came to the area as a young girl.
She worked for Nugent Convalescent Home and Sears, Roebuck and Co., both in Hermitage. A homemaker, she was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Sharon and the Saxon Home in Farrell. She also was a member of several bowling leagues at Thornton Hall Lanes, Sharon.
Her husband, Joseph E. Sr., whom she married Aug. 25, 1933, died March 16, 1967.
She leaves two daughters, Phyllis Jean Brest of Bradford, Pa., and Mary Ann Subasic of Hermitage; a son, Joseph E. Jr. of Hermitage; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
