Gubany-Wagner wedding planned for late spring

YOUNGSTOWN -- Donald and Carol Gubany, 1072 Colonial Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Merry Morgan Gubany of the same address, to Joseph Benjamin Wagner II, 145 Southdale, Cortland.
Mr. Wagner is a son of Joseph Wagner, 12191 Coit Road, Bratenahl, and the late Eileen Wagner.
An open ceremony is planned for 2 p.m. May 26 at St. Edward Church, and invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening at the Youngstown Country Club in Liberty Township.
Miss Gubany attended Kent State University and graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She is a claims representative with Progressive Insurance.
Her fiance holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Ohio State University, Columbus. He is a manager in information services at Progressive Insurance, Mayfield Heights.
