BERLIN CENTER -- Richard Gump and his bride, the former Amy Murwin, have returned from a wedding trip through the Southern states following their marriage March 17 at Berlin Center United Methodist Church.
The Rev. Russell Libb presided at the 4:30 p.m. wedding ceremony for the daughter of Richard and Kaye Murwin, 207 Orchard Place, Lake Milton, and the son of Larry and Wendy Gump, 179 Roselawn, Lake Milton.
A reception was held at the Timberlanes in Salem.
The couple are living at 530 Scott St., Lake Milton.
The bride wore an ivory sheath gown embellished with sequins, pearls and lace. It featured a square neckline on the fitted bodice, short sleeves and a cathedral train.
Lavender floral print gowns were worn by Shannon Green, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Elizabeth Gorney, Melissa Byer and Cheryl Griffiths. Flower girls were Katelyn Murwin, the bride's niece, and Taylor Gump, a niece of the groom.
Bruce Martin performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were the groom's brother, Larry Gump; Ronald Ripley; and Charles Ripley. Ring bearer was his nephew, Larry Gump III.
The bride, a customer-service representative with Consolidated Plastics in Twinsburg, graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in English.
The groom is a machinist with Bar Steel in Newton Falls.
