VEVA I. FRAZIER, 63

ANDOVER -- A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Baumgardner Funeral Home here for Veva I. Frazier, 63, of Miller Memorial Health Care Center, formerly of Slater Road West, Williamsfield, who died Tuesday in the health center.
Mrs. Frazier was born Oct. 4, 1937, in Springfield, Pa., a son of Cyril B. and Lola M. Humphrey Frazier.
A 1955 graduate of Williamsfield High School, she was a homemaker.
She leaves three daughters, Tracie A. Overly Landis of Williamsfield, Stacie L. Overly Bowers of Fairport Harbor, and Betsie J. Overly of Andover; a stepsister, Jannette Lipani, and a stepbrother, Guy Swezey, both in California; and six grandchildren.
Her stepfather, Brick Swift, a sister, Mary Ellen Flack, and a stepbrother, Clifford Swezey, are deceased.
