Tips to prevent scams
YOUNGSTOWN -- The North Side Citizens' Coalition will hear about consumer scams at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Park Vista. A consumer education specialist from the state attorney general's office will offer tips on how to prevent becoming a scam victim. The meeting will be in Park Vista's gathering room at Broadway and Fifth Avenue. Candidates for mayor, city council president and municipal court judge will speak and take questions. The coalition doesn't endorse candidates.
