Suspect in shooting turns himself in

YOUNGSTOWN -- Chaz Bunch turned himself in to his probation officer late this morning at the juvenile justice center, said Maj. Michael Budd of the Mahoning County Sheriff's Department.
Police had pickup orders for the 16-year-old Willis Avenue boy that charge him with shooting into a habitation and receiving stolen property.
The boy is also wanted for questioning in the weekend shooting death of Brandon Pete, also 16.
Earlier this week, police surrounded a duplex on Southern Boulevard where they suspected Bunch was hiding out. Since then, police have been questioning his friends and relatives.
