Samantha Colla, Brian Palkovic are engaged

POLAND -- The engagement of their daughter, Samantha Colla, 8479 Ivy Hill Drive, and Brian Palkovic, 4037 Euclid Blvd., Youngstown, is announced by Roger and Wendy Colla, of the Ivy Hill Drive address.
Parents of the future groom are Paul Palkovic of the Euclid Boulevard address and Margaret Minear, 3925 Cannon Road, Austintown.
The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in applied science.
Her fiance will graduate in May from Kent State University with a degree in architecture/interior design and has accepted a position at Kirchhoff Architects in Jupiter, Fla.
The couple have planned an open wedding for 2 p.m. Sept. 22 at St. Christine Church. Their reception will be held by invitation at Antone's Banquet Center in Boardman.
