PAUL R. TIPPER, 71

WARREN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at McGorray Bros. Funeral Home for Paul R. Tipper, 71, of Catawba Island, formerly of Warren, who died Monday at his home.
Mr. Tipper was born March 19, 1930, in Warren, a son of Paul E. and Mary Elna Tipper.
He served in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a retired Union Carbide employee.
He leaves his wife, the former Alice M. Nee Williams; a son, Glenn P. of Lakewood; a brother, Donald of Youngstown; and two grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
