MARY M. CALDERONE, 79

MASURY -- Private services were to be today at J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home, Sharon, for Mary M. Calderone, 79, of Nugent Convalescent Home, Hermitage, formerly of Yankee Run Road, who died Monday afternoon in the home.
Mrs. Calderone was born June 16, 1921, in Sharon, a daughter of John and Rose Oltean Muntean.
A graduate of Brookfield High School and Shenango Valley Commercial Institute, she worked 44 years in the office of Westinghouse Electric Corp.'s Sharon Transformer Division before retiring in the early 1980s. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Sharon.
Her husband, Joseph J., whom she married in April 1963, died Sept. 9, 1999.
Among others, she leaves a sister, Pauline Todut of Masury.
Two sisters, Rose Chickerneo and Anne Ray, are deceased.
