BISHOP WILMER CARL SHEALEY, 65

WARREN -- Services will be at noon Friday in White Oaks Baptist Church, New Street, Winder, Ga., for Bishop Wilmer Carl Shealey, 65, of Winder, who died April 5 at a revival in Jackson, Miss.
Shealey was born Aug. 2, 1935, in Alexander City, Ala., a son of Walter Sr. and Arlena Ford Shealey.
He worked for Extra Touch Cleaners and was bishop of Bethesda Church of God in Winder.
Besides his mother of Alexander City, he leaves his wife, the former Mayrene Sattiewhite, whom he married Oct. 5, 1957; four sons, Wilbur Jr., Anthony and Freddie, all of Cleveland, and Rev. Phillip Shealey of Warren; three daughters, Elizabeth Ross of Palmdale, Calif., Rev. Patricia Morton and Rev. Ora Candis, both of Winder, Ga.; three brothers, Walter Sr. and Howard, both of Alexander City, and Fred of Cleveland; a sister, Jean Johnson of Chicago; 18 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Irene Shealey, is deceased.
Friends may call one hour before the service in the church. Local arrangements are by Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home, Warren.
