ALYSON BUCKNER, 30

YOUNGSTOWN -- Services were to be at 1 p.m. today at Black & amp; Phillips Funeral Home for Alyson Buckner, 30, of 493 Parkcliffe Ave., who died April 4. The Mahoning County coroner is investigating.
Mrs. Buckner was born Nov. 20, 1970, in Alexander City, Ala., a daughter of Milton and Sarah Blair Blalock. She moved to this area 30 years ago.
She attended South High School and had been employed by Ron Joy Nursing Home, Russell Athletic and The Vindicator. She was a member of Mount Gilead Baptist Church.
She leaves a son, Javaris Whetstone of Youngstown; a daughter, Sarah Bryant of Youngstown; a brother, Milton Buckner of Youngstown; and two sisters, Marion Buckner of Youngstown and Sharon Buckner of Alexander City, Ala.
Friends may call for one hour before services at the funeral home.
