NEW WATERFORD -- There are no services or calling hours for Robert L. Foster Jr., 80, of 46525 state Route 46, who died Monday morning in St. Mary's Alzheimer Center, Windsor House, Columbiana, where he had been a patient for three months.
Mr. Foster was born Jan. 23, 1921, in Chattanooga, Tenn., a son of Robert L. and Mabel Neil Foster. He worked for LTV Steel Corp. while living in Youngstown and retired to Florida. He returned to the area in 1996, moving to New Waterford.
He leaves his wife, the former Garnet Myers, whom he married Sept. 8, 1959; two daughters, Cynthia Evans of New Waterford and Tracy Feezle of Jamestown, Pa.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Center. Arrangements are by Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine.
