JAMES P. MORGENSTERN, 75



WARREN -- Services were to be at 11 a.m. today at Steven J. Sherman Funeral Home, Hermitage, for James P. Morgenstern, 75, of 416 Whispering Pines, who died Saturday at home.
Mr. Morgenstern was born Jan. 15, 1926, in Sharon, a son of Howard and Bessie Baldwin Morgenstern. He retired in 1982 as production control manager for Van-Huffel Tube Corp., where he worked for 30 years.
He was a member of First Baptist Church and was a competitive runner who ran in the Boston Marathon.
He leaves two daughters, Barbara Morgenstern of Ithaca, N.Y., and Susan L. Tabak of Struthers; two sons, Dr. James R. Morgenstern, D.C., of Howland, and Nicholas H. Morgenstern of Athens, Ohio; a sister, Jean Swartz of Boardman; a brother, Howard C. of Lady Lake, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
A brother, William E., is deceased.
