DOROTHY J. YAIST, 81

AUSTINTOWN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home, Austintown, for Dorothy J. Yaist, 81, of Camelot Arms, formerly of Flo-Lor Drive, who died Sunday in the nursing home.
Mrs. Yaist was born Sept. 17, 1919, in Youngstown, a daughter of William and Mary Ellen Rodenbaugh.
She was a salesclerk for Arthur Menaldi Jewelry Store and was a songwriter and vaudeville entertainer.
Her husband, Joseph T., whom she married in 1945, died in 1999.
She leaves a son, William E. Curley of Ashland; a daughter, Jo Ellen Jeffries of North Jackson; a brother, Vern Rodenbaugh of Boardman; two sisters, Irene Quinn and Charlotte Wilson, both of Columbiana; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Several brothers and sisters and a grandchild are deceased.
Friends may call one hour before the service at the funeral home.
