CYNTHIA JO SIMPSON, 43

ELLWOOD CITY, Pa. -- Services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday in Portersville Bible Church for Cynthia Jo Simpson, 43, of 6394 Hildebran-Shelby Road, Hickory, N.C., formerly of Ellwood City, who died of hardening of the arteries and muscles Sunday in Catawba Memorial Hospital, Hickory, Pa.
Mrs. Simpson was born Oct. 20, 1957, in Ellwood City, a daughter of Robert and Mary Jo Babcock Vesco.
She was a homemaker and a home educator and was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Hickory.
Besides her parents of Wayne Township, she leaves her husband, Rev. Gregg; a son, Phillip G.; and six daughters, Christine M., Rhiannon L., Autumn L., Mary E., Jennifer R. and Allison R., all at home; and two sisters, Kimberly Schuster of Ellwood City and Lynn Bruton of Lenoir, N.C.
Friends may call one hour before the service in Portersville Bible Church. Contributions may be made to Bible Baptist Church, 6394 Hildebran-Shelby Road, N.C. 28602.
