JAMES M. LONGLEY, 83
MASURY -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in First Presbyterian Church, Sharon, for James M. Longley, 83, of 8249 Warren-Sharon Road, who died Friday evening in UPMC Horizon hospital, Farrell, after a long illness.
Mr. Longley was born July 29, 1917, in Marietta, a son of Charles and Orlinda Davis Longley.
He worked for the traffic department in Sharon for 43 years, retiring in 1979.
He was a member of the church and a member of Youngstown Traffic Club. He enjoyed gardening.
His wife, the former Helen E. Sebes, whom he married in 1938, died Nov. 28, 1993.
He leaves a son, James of Sharon; a daughter, Marian Komara of Seminole, Fla.; a brother, Charles of Hartford; three sisters, Doris Sabo of Brunswick, Maine, Edna Rado of Sharon and Anna Slifka of Masury; and two grandchildren.
Three sisters, Alma Begeot, Orlinda Derr and Betty Mosora; and three brothers, Dudley, Frank and Fred, are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Madasz Funeral Home, Brookfield.
