Warden to be guest speaker at dinner gala

YOUNGSTOWN -- Who's Who of Youngstown will have its annual banquet at 7 p.m. April 21 at Theodore's Catering and Center, 1402 Niles-Canfield Road.
Who's Who is a nonprofit organization that works to prevent homelessness in the city.
The guest speaker will be Warden Todd Ishee of the Ohio State Penitentiary on the city's East Side.
Ishee has formulated and implemented the Critical Incident Management System/Training Curriculum for the institution, which includes investigation and responding to employee grievances.
He has had experience in providing daily supervision of correctional employees (supervisory and bargaining unit) which included recommending appropriate disciplinary actions and completion of employee performance evaluations.
He also has conducted security inspections of the institution.
