What: About 140,000 Radica USA "Play TV Baseball" video games.
Reason: The bats that come with the video games can separate during the swing. There have been seven reports of consumers, including children, being hit by pieces of broken bats. Injuries include a split lip, facial lacerations and bruises.
Description: "Play TV Baseball" is a video game that plugs into a TV set and simulates hitting a baseball. It includes an electronic home plate, ball and plastic bat. Writing on the black bat includes "Radica" and "Made in China."
Sold from: June 2000 through January 2001 at major retail stores nationwide for about $50.

OUTDOOR SOLAR LIGHTS
What: About 79,000 Endura outdoor solar lights.
Reason: The beveled lens light can act as a magnifying glass for sunlight, igniting mulch or dry grass nearby.
Description: The Endura "Contempra" solar lights are mounted on a black stake.
Sold from: February 1998 through December 2000 at home, hardware and discount stores nationwide for between $20 and $85.
