MARY S. KOTOUCH, 90
BOARDMAN -- Services will be at 9:15 a.m. Monday at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Poland and at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick Church, Youngstown, for Mary S. Kotouch, 90, of Carrington South, formerly of Canterbury Lane, who died Friday evening in the nursing home.
Mrs. Kotouch was born Feb. 15, 1911, in Lowellville, a daughter of Pete and Anna Gardos Shevetz, and was a lifelong area resident.
She worked for Steiner's Meat Packaging for many years and also for Pilgrim Manufacturing and Allen Drugs. She was a member of the church and Lowellville Senior Citizens.
Her husband, Edward, whom she married Dec. 23, 1926, died Jan. 30, 1963.
She leaves four sisters, Ann Primavera and Dorothy Iudiciani, both of Lowellville, Kay Opsitnik of Orem, Utah, and Peggy Kollar of Struthers; a brother, Mike Shevetz of Masury; and two grandchildren.
A daughter, Delores Glavan; a sister, Helen Retort; and five brothers, Steve, John, Pete, Joseph and Andy Shevetz, are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the church.
