MARY L. WELCH, 83

MASURY -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at John Flynn Funeral Home, Hermitage, for Mary L. Welch, 83, of 1225 Broadway Ave., who died Saturday morning in Clepper Convalescent Home in Sharon after a brief illness.
Mrs. Welch was born July 27, 1917, in Sharon, a daughter of Pasquale and Ninfa Bonasera.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Church in Sharon. She graduated in 1935 from Hickory High School, and enjoyed music, dancing and playing bingo.
Her first husband, Samuel Moran, is deceased.
Besides her husband, Edward W., whom she married July 17, 1972, she leaves a daughter, Diane L. Moran Bender of New Castle; two sisters, Rose Russo of Hermitage and Josephine Roman of Sharon; a brother, Michael of Warren; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Three sisters, Sunda Sebastian, Concetta LoMagro and Grace Ciolfi; and a brother, Charles Bonasera, are deceased.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
