HAZEL M. MILLER, 78

POLAND -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home here for Hazel M. Miller, 78, of 11 Michigan Ave., who died Saturday afternoon at home.
Mrs. Miller was born May 22, 1922, in Alliance, a daughter of Robert and Lena McGirr Auld. She moved to Youngstown in 1946 and to Poland in the early 1960s.
She was a homemaker and a member of Poland Presbyterian Church and its Mariner's Group, and American Legion Auxiliary Mahoning Valley Unit 15 of Poland. She was a 1940 graduate of Alliance High School and attended Kent State University.
Her husband, William J., whom she married Dec. 7, 1946, died Nov. 20, 1995.
She leaves a son, Robert W. of Enon Valley, Pa.; a sister, JoAnn Roberts of Cerriteos, Calif.; five granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren. A sister, Patricia Patterson, is deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Boardman 44512.
