FLORENCE E. GUTERBA, 71

POLAND -- Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Mount Olivet United Church of Christ, North Lima, for Florence E. Guterba, 71, of 9493 South Ave., who died Friday morning at home after a long illness.
Mrs. Guterba was born Aug. 27, 1929, in New Castle, a daughter of Henry and Elina Halttunen Marttala.
She was a homemaker and a member of the church and its Women's Guild. She enjoyed sewing and quilting.
Besides her husband, Edgar L., whom she married Aug. 29, 1953, she leaves a daughter, Cheryl Andrella of Newton Falls; a son, Gerald of Poland; a sister, Jennie Pekkanen of Poland; four brothers, Harold, Henry, and Donald Marttala, all of New Castle, and Norman Marttala of McMinnville, Tenn.; and five grandchildren.
A brother, Andy Marttala, is deceased.
Friends may call from 6:30 to 9 p.m. today at Seederly-Mong & amp; Beck Funeral Home in North Lima, and for one hour before the services Monday in the church. Contributions may be made to the church capital improvement fund.
