GEORGE T. BOHLA, 74
AUSTINTOWN -- Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lane Funeral Home, Austintown, for George T. Bohla, 74, of 5396 Radio Road, who died Thursday at his home.
Mr. Bohla was born April 27, 1926, in Columbiana County, a son of Martin and Julia Muronsky Bohla. He was a welder for Republic Steel Co. in Warren, for 30 years and retired in 1985.
He was involved with the Keenagers, was an avid fox hunter, enjoyed Bluegrass music and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
His wife, the former Elizabeth Geric, whom he married in 1944, died March 8, 1994.
He leaves a son, Bradley of Painesville, Ohio; two daughters, Joani Legg of Jacksonville, Fla., and Karen Weaver of San Diego, Calif.; two sisters, Marguerite Sidlosky of Akron and Mary Shack of Sebring; and five grandchildren.
Three brothers, Martin, John and Steve are deceased.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until services at the funeral home.
