DONALD RICHARD CLARK, 64



LEETONIA -- Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen Funeral Home and at 2 p.m. Saturday in Salem First United Methodist Church for Donald Richard Clark, 64, of 259 Main St., who died Thursday morning in Essex of Salem No. 1, where he had been a patient since January.
Mr. Clark was born May 2, 1936, in Union City, Pa., a son of Alfred F. and Harriett Ward Clark, and lived here 39 years after coming from Union City.
He was a machine leader at E.W. Bliss Co., where he worked 30 years, and was a member of Salem Slovak Club, Salem AMVETS Post 45 and Joe Williams American Legion Post 131 and Eagles Aerie 1496, both in Leetonia.
He served in the Army from 1961 to 1963 with the 2nd Military Police Co., 2nd Infantry Division, 3rd Army, and had attended Salem First United Methodist Church.
He leaves his wife, the former Janet Gilbert, whom he married Jan. 2, 2001; two daughters, Heather Neidermier of West Carrollton, Ohio, and Holly Pinkerton of Lebanon, Ohio; a son, Samuel Clark of Raleigh, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Starr and Shanna Gilbert, both of Columbiana; a sister, Barbara Jones of Kane, Pa.; and eight grandchildren.
A brother, Alfred Clark, is deceased.
His wife will receive friends at the funeral home, and his children and sister will receive friends in Salem First United Methodist Church.
