March 27
Theft: A woman reportedly cashed 10 bad checks totaling $7,700 at Home Savings & amp; Loan, 4005 Hillman Way.
Theft: A 1988 Jeep Wrangler was broken into while in the parking lot of Boardman Nissan, 7809 Market St. Stolen from the vehicle were a $400 CD player, a $60 amplifier, a speaker box worth $150, a $25 pair of racing goggles, and a $80 parka.
Arrest: A 22-year-old Newton Falls man was arrested at Gabriel Bros., 850 Boardman-Poland Road, in the placing of cheaper price tags on clothing.
March 28
Auto theft: A 1988 Buick Skylark was stolen in the 4000 block of Hillman Way.
Burglary: Someone entered Car Temp Rental Car Co., 8162 Market St., through the entrance-door window and stole three file-cabinet drawers.
Criminal damage: The owner of a 1996 Ford Mustang reported that $300 in damage was done to the paint and convertible top of the vehicle in the parking lot of Hollywood Video, 6731 South Ave.
Theft: The window of a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am was broken in the parking lot at Movies 8, 469 Boardman-Poland Road. Missing from the vehicle was a CD player, $40 in currency, and a checkbook.
Theft: The door of a rear shed in the 4000 block of Market Street was broken, and a table saw, a lawnmower and a blower were missing.
Theft: A $100 CD player was stolen from an '87 Oldsmobile Toronado while the vehicle was parked in a lot in the 6000 block of Applecrest Court.
Auto theft: A Campbell man reported that his 1989 Chevrolet Caprice was stolen from the 4000 block of Lake Park Road.
Arrest: A 42-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested at Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, in the theft of an electric razor and the passing of $2,400 in bad checks.
Auto damage: A 1996 Pontiac Sunfire and a 1985 Chevrolet Camaro were broken into while parked in a lot in the 800 block of Boardman-Poland Road.
March 29
Theft: A purse containing $20 in currency was stolen from Rave Girl, 7401 Market St.
Theft: A security box containing $6,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from a residence in the 50 block of Forest Hill.
Theft: Someone forced open the lock mechanism on a dryer and removed an unspecified amount in coins at a laundry room in the 7000 block of West Boulevard.
Theft: Two checks and $27 were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 4000 block of Euclid Boulevard.
Arrest: Police arrested a 49-year-old Boardman man on charges of drug trafficking and drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Shields Road.
March 30
Arrest: A 17-year-old North Benton youth and a 18-year-old North Jackson man were arrested on Market Street at Homestead Drive on charges of possessing marijuana pipes.
Theft: Police arrested a 41-year-old Boardman man at Giant Eagle in the theft of a $14 package of pork loins, a $12 package of filet mignon and a $11 package of spare ribs.
Arrest: Police arrested a 27-year-old Girard woman on charges of possessing illegal prescription drugs, a marijuana pipe and marijuana.
March 31
Theft: Someone stole toolboxes with assorted tools from a vehicle in the parking lot of Home Depot, 7001 Southern Boulevard.
Theft: A 40-year-old Warren man was arrested in the theft of 51 packs of Marlboro Lights and Camel filter cigarettes from Giant Eagle.
Theft: A $750 gas stove and a $375 microwave were missing from an Ivory Hill Drive residence.
Theft: Someone stole a pair of $65 Reebok running shoes from Kohl's Department Store, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.
Criminal damage: A window at H.L. Libby Corp., 5961 South Ave., was smashed, causing less than $500 in damage.
Arrest: A 15-year-old Boardman youth was arrested in the 900 block of Afton Avenue on charges of underage consumption.
Theft: Someone broke into a 1991 Chevy Cavalier in the parking lot of the Outback Steakhouse, 7000 Tiffany South Blvd., and stole a $150 CD player.
Criminal damage: The rear window of a 1994 Chrysler Concorde was shot out in the 6000 block of Tara Drive.
April 1
Theft: A 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier was broken into while parked in a lot of the 7000 block of South Avenue. Stolen from the vehicle were a $185 CD player, two speakers and a compact disc.
Theft: An employee is suspected of stealing $275 from a register at McDonald's, 1110 Boardman-Poland Road.
Auto theft: A 1986 Chevy Camaro was stolen from a driveway in the 4000 block of Euclid Boulevard.
Criminal damage: Tire tracks covered a lawn in the 1000 block of Rosehedge Drive.
Burglary: Someone entered a residence in the 800 block of East Midlothian and stole two TV/VCR combinations, a $200 television and a $100 VCR.
Auto damage: While a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am was parked at Wal-Mart, someone shattered the windshield and tore off the pinstripes.
Theft: A 16-year-old Struthers girl was arrested at Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, in the theft of $4 worth of lip gloss.
Theft: Two pairs of prescription glasses and a cell phone were stolen from a Saturn in a parking lot in the 60 block of Boardman-Poland Road.
April 2
Burglary: Two suspects broke a window of a garage in the 8000 block of Ivy Hill and stole a set of golf clubs.
Theft: A woman's $1,900 diamond ring was stolen from the bedroom of a residence in the 5000 block of Aravesta Avenue.
Theft: A checkbook was stolen from the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: A large amount of equipment was missing from Volpe Salon Spa, 7807 Market St.
Auto damage: Someone shattered the rear window of a '94 GMC Sierra in the parking lot of Babies "R" Us, 1240 Doral Drive.
Arrest: A 13-year-old Boardman teen was arrested in the theft of a $14 cubic zirconium ring from Stein Mart, 529 Boardman-Canfield Road.
