JOHN STEPHEN BILLEY, 76



NILES -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Stephen Church for John Stephen Billey, 76, of 19 S. Union Way, who died Wednesday afternoon of congestive heart failure in Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren.
Mr. Billey was born Feb. 11, 1925, in Niles, a son of Stephen and Anna Rall Billey, and lived here all his life.
He graduated from Niles McKinley High School, received a degree in engineering from Youngstown State University, and retired in 1984 after 28 years at Goodyear Tire & amp; Rubber Co. of Akron. He had also worked at Mullins Manufacturing and Packard Electric Division of General Motors in Warren, and served in the Navy during World War II.
He was a member of the church and its Altar and Rosary Society, and the Niles VFW, and was a 3rd degree member of Knights of Columbus 1681 in Niles.
He leaves a sister, Anna Billey, with whom he made his home, and a brother, Joseph, both of Niles.
A sister, Mary Delik, is deceased.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to the St. Stephen School Tuition Angel Fund.
