JAMES R. TREVATHAN, 50
YOUNGSTOWN -- Services were Monday at Thompson, Hall & amp; Jordan Funeral Home, Cincinnati, for James R. Trevathan, 50, of 15 Glen Este Place, Cincinnati, formerly of Youngstown, who died of lung cancer Friday at home.
Mr. Trevathan was born Nov. 16, 1950, in Cleveland, a son of Thomas and Mildred Everson Trevathan, and moved to Cincinnati in 1977.
He was manager of Community Action Council and was owner and operator of Wize Remodeling Co., both in Cincinnati. He was a member of Cincinnati's Mount Zion Church and a graduate of Williamson High School there.
Besides his mother, Mildred Porter of Youngstown, he leaves a son, Troy in California; a daughter, Walita Trevathan of Youngstown; three brothers, Danny of Pittsburgh and Perry and Harvey, both of Youngstown; two sisters, Sandra Wilson of Cincinnati and Diane Carlisle of Youngstown; and four grandchildren.
Local arrangements are by Mason Funeral Home.
