Pancake breakfast
GIRARD -- The Girard-Liberty Kiwanis will have an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast, including sausage, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Girard Masonic Temple dining room, at the corner of State Street and Wilson Avenue.
The Easter Bunny will be at the breakfast to greet children, and a silent auction and ceramic sale will be held. The breakfast and sales are fund-raisers for youth projects and a scholarship sponsored by the Kiwanis.
Bunny Breakfast
GIRARD -- A Bunny Breakfast will be at St. Rose School Cafeteria, 61 Main St., Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. Pancakes and sausage will be served, and the cost is $4.50 for adults and $2.50 for children.
Parents can also get their children's pictures taken with the Easter Bunny for $2. Photo reservation forms can be picked up at the school or rectory and must be prepaid.
Writers meeting
WARREN -- The April meeting of Write-On, The Writer's Group, has been canceled because of Easter.
Meetings will resume in May.
