TRUMBULL COUNTY Indictments



A Trumbull County grand jury indicted 47 people. Of that number, 26 were secretly indicted. The identities of people secretly indicted are not released until they are arrested. These people were indicted on charges as listed:
Michael A. Howard, 33, Bryant Drive, Youngstown, misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol and-or drugs.
Antonio Smith, 19, Landsdowne N.W., Warren, attempt to commit murder with a firearm specification and two counts of felonious assault with a firearm specification.
BillyT. Kalogeras, 38, Parkman Road N.W., Warren, two counts felonious assault, two counts aggravated robbery and attempted murder.
Darren L. Ball, 30, Linda Drive N.W., Warren, possession of cocaine and carrying a concealed weapon.
Takia S. Norman, 25, Draper Street, Warren, complicity in theft, receiving stolen property and forgery.
Jeremy M. Bowles, 22, Manor Drive, Brookfield, misdemeanor count of theft.
Jason A. Kirksey, 21, Federal Street, Warren, domestic violence and assault on a peace officer.
Brian N. Torres, 39, Kimberly Avenue, Youngstown, forgery and receiving stolen property.
Dwayne A. Stoutamire, 21, Union Street, Warren, tampering with evidence and assault on a peace officer.
Terrance Jefferies, 40, Oak Street, Warren, grand theft of a motor vehicle, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.
Ahmaze D. King, 18, Fourth Street, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
George A. Bair Jr., 29, Willard Avenue, Warren, breaking and entering and misdemeanor charges of petty theft and criminal damaging.
Jered O. Brady, 22, Glenwood N.E., Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Benjamin Q. Gwin, 25, Dennison-Ashtabula Road, Mecca, two counts felonious assault with firearm specification.
Timothy Ray Faler, 54, Abbey Street, Girard, misdemeanor count of escape.
John A. DeSantis, 38, South Street, Warren, burglary and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Charles E. Dennison, 20, New Road, Youngstown, felonious assault.
Brian David Flak, 37, Youngstown, five counts of forgery and five counts of receiving stolen property.
Keith J. Aubel, 20, East Howard Street, Girard, felonious assault.
Aaron D. Johnson, 19, Liberty Road, Youngstown, receiving stolen property and burglary.
Bruce D. Alexander, 46, Miller Street, Warren, possession of cocaine and misdemeanor charges of theft and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.
The grand jury determined there was insufficient evidence to return an indictment in this case:
William L. Wilson, 33, East Howard Street, Girard, felony charge of forgery and a misdemeanor charge of theft.
