MARIAN LOUISE SUFFECOOL, 85 Owned basket company with husband

WAYLAND -- Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Wayland Community Church for Marian Louise Suffecool, 85, of 1210 Marrick Circle, Lakeland, Fla., formerly of Wayland, who died Sunday night at Beverly Health Care in Lakeland.
Mrs. Suffecool was born June 19, 1915, in Dover, Ohio, a daughter of Joseph and Nioma Powell Beutler, and moved from Wayland to Florida in 1964.
She and her husband owned and operated R.W. Suffecool & amp; Son Basket Co. in Wayland from 1940 to 1964. She also was a homemaker and a self-employed seamstress.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Lakeland, Palmy Chapter Order of Eastern Star in Deerfield, and Paris Fire Bells.
Her husband, Robert W. Sr., whom she married Sept. 18, 1937, died March 18, 1989.
She leaves two daughters, Carol S. Campbell and Janet S. Wyrosdick, both of Lakeland, Fla.; a son, Robert W. Jr. of Wayland; two sisters, Elizabeth Corbett of Palmyra, Ohio, and Ruth Strong of Madison, Wis.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, Howard, Charles and Joseph Beutler, are deceased.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at James Funeral Home in Newton Falls. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date in Lakeland.
