CATHERINE E. FLICK, 87

SALEM -- A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in First Presbyterian Church here for Catherine E. Flick, 87, of 514 Continental Drive, who died Monday morning in Salem Community Hospital.
Miss Flick was born March 14, 1914, in Salem, a daughter of Brinton L. and Leora Bayerd Flick.
She was a registered nurse in Long Beach, Calif., from 1941 to 1973 and returned to Salem in 1981. She was a member of the church and was a 1932 graduate of Salem High School and a 1937 graduate of Salem City Hospital School of Nursing.
She leaves four sisters, Jeannette Olloman of Salem, Dorothy Sheridan of Crozet, Va., Barbara Kells of Dewey, Ariz., and Marilyn Flick of Northampton, Pa.
A brother, B. Bayerd Flick, and a sister, Helen Chalfant, are deceased.
There are no calling hours. Contributions may be made to the church memorial fund, 436 E. Second St., Salem 44460. Arrangements are by Stark Memorial Funeral Home.
