ANN LONARDO, 82

YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Kinnick Funeral Home here and at 9:30 a.m. in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Austintown, for Ann Lonardo, 82, of Meridian Arms Living Center, formerly of Cloisters Drive, Canfield, who died of a heart attack Tuesday morning at the center.
Mrs. Lonardo was born Nov. 12, 1918, in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Anna Horak. She was a homemaker and also had worked 25 years in the Austintown school district, first as a cook and later as cafeteria manager at Lloyd Elementary School. She retired in 1987.
She was a member of the church and its senior citizens group.
Her husband, Joseph R., whom she married in 1948, died in 1961.
She leaves a daughter, JoAnn VanSuch of Canfield; a brother, John Horak of Youngstown; two sisters, Mary Bobovnik of Youngstown and Stella Herstich of Tallmadge; and a granddaughter.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
