MILDRED K. MARCELLA, 82 Was former owner of Hi-Spot Tavern



NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Camillus Church for Mildred K. Marcella, 82, of 12 W. Fairmont Ave., who died Monday morning in Jameson Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Marcella was born Nov. 17, 1918, in Bessemer, a daughter of Ernest and Mary Bowt Percic.
She worked 20 years in the dietary department of the Youth Development Center in New Castle, was the former owner of Hi-Spot Tavern and was a member of the church.
She leaves a son, Paul of Birmingham, Ala.; two daughters, Maxine Marcella of San Diego, Calif., and Paula Slater of New Castle; a brother, Ernest Percic of Bessemer; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A brother, Milan Percic, and a granddaughter, are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Noga Funeral Home.
