Several suspects were expected to be arraigned today in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court before Judge Maureen Cronin. A Mahoning County grand jury indicted them on charges that include trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
Miguel Caban Velazquez, 44, of West Florida Avenue. Police seized three BMWs, two trucks, $4,500, three handguns, suspected heroin, ammunition, two computers, documents and four keys to safety deposit boxes. They also collected an array of drug paraphernalia, such as plastic bags and spoons and an ink stamp with a rock on it used to identify their product.
Michael Warden, 42, of East Lucius Avenue. Police seized 15 bindles of heroin, drug paraphernalia, $4,800 and bank statements.

Sixto Melendez, 38, of Hudson Avenue.
Ada Cruz, 40, of South Pearl Street.
