CHARLES E. PATTERSON, 71

YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Fabrizio Funeral Home for Charles E. Patterson, 71, of 151 E. Boston Ave., who died early Monday in St. Elizabeth Health Center's emergency room.
Mr. Patterson was born April 26, 1929, in McDonald, Pa., a son of James A. and Evelyn Scott Patterson, and lived in this area most of his life.
He was a self-employed cement contractor with Patterson Cement Co. who retired in 1985 after 30 years. He served in the Air Force from 1948 to 1950.
He leaves a son, Danny Joe of Shreveport, La.; three daughters, Bobbi Sue Peterson and June Cross, both of Shreveport, and Judy Moore of Memphis, Tenn.; a brother, Donald Patterson of Youngstown; a sister, Bette Tabor of New Springfield; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, James, Kenneth and George, and a sister, Mildred Patterson, are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
