BEATRICE M. TRIMBUR, 93 Was a teacher for Niles school system
NILES -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holloway & amp; Son Funeral Home for Beatrice M. Trimbur, 93, of Liberty Health Care Center, formerly of 815 Robbins Ave., who died early Sunday at the center.
Mrs. Trimbur was born Nov. 26, 1907, in Cambridge, Ohio, a daughter of Oscar and Mary Louise Stephens, and came to Niles in 1929.
She attended Ohio University and graduated from Youngstown College. She was a teacher for the Niles school system for 20 years before retiring in 1966.
She was a member of First Christian Church and its Ruth Circle, the Ida McKinley Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, First Nighters and Argonaunt Club.
Her husband, William C., whom she married Jan. 5, 1929, died June 26, 1978.
She leaves a daughter, Joanne Humbert of Indianapolis, Ind.; two sons, William C. of Drexel Hill, Pa., and Richard S. of Girard; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A daughter, Marilyn Thorp; a brother, Elmer; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter, are deceased.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
