ALICE GARRO, 95

NEWTON FALLS -- Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at James Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church for Alice Garro, 95, of 4790 Scott St., who died early Sunday at Laurie Ann Nursing Home.
Mrs. Garro was born Jan. 16, 1906, in Ravenna, a daughter of Joseph and Margaret Summerville David, and lived in this area since 1946. She was a homemaker and a member of the church.
Her husband, Michael F., whom she married Aug. 5, 1923, died Nov. 13, 1984.
She leaves a daughter, Carmella Milie Wujick of Newton Falls; three sons, Frank of Columbia, Mo., and Joseph and William, both of Newton Falls; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
Four sisters, Marie Haboczo, Ruth Naty, Clementine Davis and Bertha Woodleyard, and four brothers, William, Joseph, James and John Davis, are deceased.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
