Heather Gulgin, Eric Hilliard are betrothed

Fran and Gary Woolensack of Vienna and Nick and Vicki Gulgin of Warren are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Heather Gulgin of Zelienople, Pa., to Eric Hilliard, also of Zelienople.
Mr. Hilliard is a son of Bruce and Lee Hilliard of Vienna.
A graduate of Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in accounting, Miss Gulgin is an accountant with S.R. Snodgrass, A.C., in Wexford, Pa.
Her fiance also holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Westminster College. He is an accountant with McGill, Power, Bell & amp; Associates in Grove City, Pa.
The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Sept. 8 at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Vienna. A reception will take place at Tiffany's in Brookfield. Invitations will be extended for both events.
