What is Vindy premium?
The Digital Edition is an electronic edition of The Vindicator newspaper
and much more. Content from all of the editions of The Vindicator is available
in both Adobe PDF replica pages and standard HTML format. This means that
you can read The Vindicator exactly the way it looks in the printed edition!

How do I view the Digital Edition?
All printed pages from The Vindicator are available within the digital edition
section of the premium portion of Vindy.com. These pages are in the Adobe
PDF (Portable Document Format) file format. You will need the freely available
Adobe Acrobat Reader application to view and print these files. Within
Acrobat Reader you can zoom in, zoom out and scroll through the page you
are viewing, reading it just like a printed newspaper.

When is Vindy.com updated?
The premium sections of Vindy.com are updated throughout the day, beginning
at about 12:30 AM each day.
The PDF edition is also updated at this time.
Pages created for distribution within the various regional editions are
made available when they are created for print publication. This means
that pages will be added throughout the day while editions are being updated.

Are Archives included?
YES! Vindy Premium subscribers are able to access all available story
archives going back to 1999 as they are available. All content going forward,
including pages will remain in the archive and will continue to be available
to Vindy Premium subscribers.

Some third party content is not yet available for online use. We hope
to be bringing this content to you shortly.

Who can access Vindy Premium?
Full seven-day subscribers of The Vindicator may access Vindy Premium
for just $5.55 per month. Simply follow these steps:
- Create a user account here. (If you already have an account skip to step 2)
- Activate the “Current Seven Day Subscriber Package” (subscription) by logging in and clicking on “Edit Account” followed by “Manage Packages”.
Non-subscribers, or those with less than a seven-day subscription can access Vindy Premium for just $11 per month. Simply follow these steps:
- Create a user account here. (If you already have an account skip to step 2)
- Activate the “Current Seven Day Subscriber Package” (subscription) by logging in and clicking on “Edit Account” followed by “Manage Packages”.
Can I get a combination subscription?
Yes! If you do not currently subscribe to The Vindicator but would like
to receive a seven-day subscription to The Vindicator and Vindy.com Premium,
you can select follow the steps above and just select the “combo”
subscription package.

What if I have problems?
This is newer technology and you may experience some problems. If you
are experiencing difficulty subscribing to Vindy premium content simply email
us at customerservice@vindy.com or give us a call at (330) 746-6561
and we will help you as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, here are some technical tips:
If you are a print subscriber having difficulty subscribing to Vindy Premium at the reduced package rate, be sure all of your registration data such as Name, Address, Phone Number and zip code is accurate. If this information does not match our records the system may not find your active subscription to The Vindicator. A simple call to our helpful customer service department at (330) 746-6561 can rectify this.
If you are having problems reading or using PDF pages of The Vindicator be sure that you are using the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If your username and password are not working make sure your CAPS LOCK key is not on.
If you forgot your password, you may use the password
recovery system.
