Long Description: East Palestine Memorial Public Library will offer Babytime Playtime for children ages 6 months to 2 years and their parent or caregiver on the following Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.: March 9, March 16, March 23, and March 30. Parents and caregivers can participate in the sharing of books, rhymes, and songs with their baby. After the stories, a playtime will be offered.
