Long Description: YOUR (You're Outstanding, Unique, Reserved for a Purpose) Miss Youngstown Pageant will be 1 p.m. Aug. 6 at the DeYor Performing Arts Center, 260 W. Federal Plaza, Youngstown. Admission is $15 and contestant entry fee is $30. Miss Youngstown 2016 Pageant will have the same preliminaries as Miss Ohio USA 2018. To be eligible for Miss Youngstown 2016, you must be between the ages of 17-24, enrolled in college/college bound, born a woman, resident of Youngstown, Ohio, never been married, and does not have any children. The winner will be Miss Youngstown 2016 for one year. The winner is required to do 300 hours of volunteer work in the Youngstown area. After completing the required hours, a $1,000 scholarship will be sent to the school of choice to go towards tuition and books.
