Long Description: Eighteen Amish vendors from The Valley Marketplace on South Avenue will offer more than 35 items in a special Amish auction to benefit the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley. The auction begins at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 5 under the tent in The Valley Marketplace parking lot as part of the third-year anniversary celebration for the Market. Amish food, buggy rides, sales and more will be available with all proceeds supporting the general operating expenses of the Rescue Mission.
