Long Description: Big Brothers, Big Sisters will host its 33rd annual bowl-a-thon April 30 at Camelot Lanes, 628 Boardman-Canfield Road. Six people per team are needed, and participants will be asked to collect pledges from family, friends, co-workers and other sponsors. Those who cannot create a six person team will be placed on a team. Teams will bowl from 4 to 7 p.m. and enjoy free bowling and shoes. Each team member who collects $75 or more will receive a T-shirt and be eligible for one of the 100 door prizes, five larger prizes and food from 20 area restaurants. Proceeds from the event will support the organization and its mission to match children with Big Brother and Big Sister mentors.
