Long Description: Leetonia 2016 Bigfoot Festival, Friends of the Leetonia Coke Ovens, 300 E. Main St., Leetonia. 3-10 p.m. June 17 and noon-10 p.m. June 18. Food, games, “chuck-a-luck,” line dancing, nickel toss, crafts, face painting, kids bounce house, live music 4-10 p.m. June 17 and 2-10 p.m. June 18, “One Bigfoot of a Hill” 5K race on June 17 and raffle to benefit the coke ovens throughout festival. Special activities on June 18 include historic presentations, bigfoot howling contest and coke ovens ghost walk.
