Long Description: Boardman Community Christmas: 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 6, Boardman Park, 375 Boardman-Poland Road, Boardman. Decorate pine trees with edible decorations for park animals at 4 p.m.; Santa will arrive at 4:30 by firetruck, and photos will follow in the gazebo; music and carols with the Boardman High School Band led by Linda Smrek in St. James Church also will be at 4:30, and lighting of community Christmas tree is at 4:45. Cookies and hot chocolate served.
